Mac 用アプリ「Reel」と、その iPhone 用コンパニオンアプリ「Reel Remote」（以下あわせて「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを最優先に設計されています。

収集する情報

本アプリは、いかなる個人情報・利用データも収集しません。

• 再生履歴・再生位置・サムネイル・各種設定は、すべてお使いの Mac または iPhone の中（アプリのサンドボックス領域）にのみ保存され、外部に送信されることはありません。
• 開発者を含む第三者が、これらのデータにアクセスすることはできません。
• アクセス解析・広告・トラッキングの仕組みは一切組み込んでいません。

動画ファイルへのアクセス

本アプリは、ユーザーがファイル選択ダイアログで明示的に選んだフォルダ・動画ファイルのみを、再生のために読み取ります。選択した場所以外にはアクセスせず、読み取った内容を外部に送信することもありません。

iPhone リモート視聴について

Reel と Reel Remote は、ユーザー自身の Mac と iPhone のあいだで直接動画をやり取りします。通信は同一のローカルネットワーク、またはピアツーピア Wi-Fi 上で行われ、開発者や第三者のサーバーを一切経由しません。

• やり取りされるのは、ユーザーが選んだ動画と、その一覧情報（ファイル名・長さ・サムネイルなど）だけです。
• 通信は暗号化されています（TLS。ペアリング時に 2 台のあいだで共有した鍵を使用）。
• ペアリングの資格情報は、それぞれの端末内（Keychain など）にのみ保存されます。
• アカウント登録・ログインはありません。
• Reel（Mac）は、ペアリング済みの iPhone からの接続を待ち受けます。インターネットに公開されるサーバーは設けていません。

カメラについて（Reel Remote）

Reel Remote は、Mac の画面に表示されたペアリング用 QR コードを読み取るためだけにカメラを使用します。写真や動画の撮影・保存・送信は行いません。読み取った内容は接続の確立にのみ使われます。

写真ライブラリについて（Reel Remote）

Reel Remote は、ユーザーが明示的に操作したときにのみ、受信した動画を iPhone の写真ライブラリへ書き出します。写真ライブラリの読み取りは行いません。

アプリ内課金（チップ）について

本アプリには、開発を任意で支援できる「チップ」（消耗型アプリ内課金）があります。決済処理はすべてApple社が行い、本アプリおよび開発者はクレジットカード番号などの支払い情報を取得・保存しません。チップは任意であり、購入してもアプリの機能は変わりません。

ネットワーク通信

本アプリが行う通信は、次の 2 つだけです。(1) 上記アプリ内課金のための Apple 社のサーバーとの通信。(2) 上記「iPhone リモート視聴」における、ユーザー自身の Mac と iPhone のあいだの直接通信。いずれの場合も、ユーザーのデータが開発者のサーバーへ送信されることはありません（開発者はサーバーを運用していません）。

Reel for Mac and its iPhone companion app Reel Remote (together, "the App") are designed with your privacy as the top priority.

Information We Collect

The App collects no personal information and no usage data.

• Playback history, resume positions, thumbnails, and settings are stored only on your Mac or your iPhone (inside the app's sandbox container) and are never transmitted anywhere.
• Neither the developer nor any third party can access this data.
• The App contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind.

Access to Video Files

The App reads only the folders and video files you explicitly choose via the system file picker, solely for playback. It does not access anything outside what you select, and never uploads their contents.

iPhone Remote Viewing

Reel and Reel Remote move videos directly between your own Mac and your own iPhone, over the same local network or peer-to-peer Wi-Fi. The transfer never passes through a server operated by the developer or any third party.

• Only the videos you choose, and their listing information (file name, duration, thumbnail), are exchanged.
• The connection is encrypted (TLS, using a key shared between the two devices when you pair them).
• Pairing credentials are stored only on each device (in the Keychain and equivalent storage).
• There is no account and no sign-in.
• Reel on the Mac listens for connections from your paired iPhone. No server is exposed to the internet.

Camera (Reel Remote)

Reel Remote uses the camera solely to scan the pairing QR code shown by Reel on your Mac. It never captures, stores, or transmits photos or video. What it reads is used only to establish the connection.

Photo Library (Reel Remote)

Reel Remote writes a received video to your iPhone photo library only when you explicitly ask it to. It never reads your photo library.

In-App Purchases (Tips)

The App offers optional "tips" (consumable in-app purchases) to support development. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple; the App and the developer never receive or store payment details such as card numbers. Tips are optional and do not change any app functionality.

Network

The App makes only two kinds of network connection: (1) to Apple's servers for the in-app purchases above, and (2) directly between your own Mac and your own iPhone for the remote viewing described above. In neither case is any user data sent to the developer, who operates no servers.
